Public Service Announcement for Mother's Day
The
Forever Family Foundation has released a Public Service
Announcement just in times for Mother's Day. It included mention
of the AA-EVP and the EVP example, "Hi Mom"
recorded by Teri Daner and "I love you" recorded
by Karen Mossey.

Text of the PSA
The voices you are about to hear are of deceased loved ones
recorded by the American Association of Electronic Voice
Phenomena: "Hi Mom," "I love you."
There are many ways to say "I love you" this Mother's Day. A
messaged from a deceased loved one is the most precious of all.

supporting research into life after death. Visit us on the web

New Knowledge base
website
Wikisynergy
is a community participation website similar to
Wikipedia, but dedicated to providing:
-
A place to tell the world about
frontier ideas.*
-
A place to meet people who are
interested in frontier thought.
-
A place to develop frontier
ideas to higher levels of
understanding.
-
A place to document and explain
skepticism about frontier ideas,
and discuss differences in a
collegial atmosphere.
-
A place where the best arguments
for and against frontier ideas
can be gathered.
-
A place where those who hold
frontier ideas can come for aid
when they are under attack.
This new forum offers an opportunity for everyone
involved in frontier subjects to tell the rest of us
who they are and explain their point of view.
Together, we can all develop a common front that may
lead to the serious study our subjects deserve.
*Frontier Ideas: any subject that is not
considered mainstream. For instance, the existence
of ghosts, cold fusion, EVP, Big Foot or UFOs. If
you are a skeptic intent on eliminating anything
that is not mainstream thought, you will know these
ideas as "fringe," "pseudoscience" or "quackery."
But then, that is the point of
Wikisynergy. Frontier subjects may or may not be
real, but they need to be discussed in a rational
forum.

Concerns with Wikipedia
If you
have read the EVP entry in Wikipedia, you will know that the entry
is mostly biased in support of the mainstream opinion. We see that
many of the entries concerned with personal survival have the same
problem. After failing to make the EVP entry reflect the facts, we have decided that the only solution available to
us is to educate the public about how Wikipedia is made. There is an
essay on this at
http://etheric-studies.aaevp.com/articles/articles_wikipedia.htm.
Please
read the essay and consider putting the logo on your web site so
that others will find the essay, as well.

Etheric Studies Journal-ESBP -- A New Initiative by the AA-EVP
The
Etheric Studies initiative
is an effort to define the study of survival-related subjects, and
the study of phenomena associated with the etheric or nonphysical
aspect of reality. It is hosted on a separate website in an effort
to open it to participation from a wider audience than just AA-EVP
members.
Journal-ESBP
is an online publication hosting articles associated with Etheric
Studies and best practices in this field of study. It is designed
for public participation in developing "living documents" which will
further everyone's understanding of these phenomena and how to work
with them. It is intended that this will eventually become a
respected, peer reviewed journal. | |
