Something to consider before sending a message to the AA-EVP

The AA-EVP welcomes your comments and questions, but because of the volume of emails received by the Association, all emails cannot be answered. Here are a few considerations:

  • Because of the flood of spam, be sure to title your message with something that would make it clear that you are asking about EVP/ITC. For instance, no title, or titles like "help" or "emergency," is used by  the spammers. Use something like "A question about EVP" instead.

  • We cannot "register" with spam controls, so please do not send us an email requiring a response if you have spam control on your email address.

  • Your email will probably not be answered if you are writing to tell us your interpretation of one of the EVP example or the faces you see beyond what we describe in the visual ITC examples.

  • If your email does not seem to indicate that you have studied the contents of this web site, you will probably receive a form letter directing you to parts of the web site.

  • If you just say something like, "How do I do this?" you can be assured of a form letter.

  • The AA-EVP Directors are not able to listen to or look at examples from the public.

  • Many questions from the public have been used for the Frequently Asked Questions. Please look there before asking a question.

Thank you for your consideration.
